JOHN KANE & FRIENDS

John Kane is the voice behind much-loved shows on BBC Radio Sheffield and BBC Radio Leeds — a weekly mix of classic tracks, rare gems and the kind of stories that make you feel like you’ve been let in on a secret. Soul and Motown aren’t just his playlist, they’re his passion.

Away from the airwaves, John’s a regular at soul nights across the North, and his sets show why. Deep knowledge, carefully chosen records and a genuine love of the dancefloor — the kind of DJ who makes a room feel like something special is happening. He’s even an honorary member of the Soul Collective here at Soho Social

This Christmas he’s joining us at Soho Social alongside a host of local guest DJs. Whether you’re a dedicated collector or just love to dance, come and get your tick in the register!
